You do not need any experience with horses. It is an interactive experience, involving mind, body and heart. And above all, these gentle giants will invite you to enjoy the present moment.

Participants will do activities with a horse/several horses, as a team and sometimes individually. For instance, you will be leading a horse through a trail, with or without rope. You will stay on the ground and do not need any experience with horses.  You will reflect on your experience and learnings for your team with the support of  a certified business coach who is specialized in horse-reflected coaching. 

Why horses? Horses instinctively connect with humans and human herds (teams). Having a sixth sense for what goes on behind a person’s façade, they will make you look beneath the surface.
