Breathe Correctly for Optimal Health, Performance and Mood

I will combine the latest research on breathing, with interactive tests to test your current breathing patterns, followed by simple tweaks we can apply to our breathing, leaving you feeling healthier, less stressed, and more energised.

It seems like such an obvious thing, breathing, yet research has shown that 90%(!) of us don’t breathe correctly. 90%?! It is also one of the main factors in stress and chronic symptoms, brain fog, sleep problems, and lack of energy. Yikes!

Luckily, you can reverse all of this with a few simple tweaks to the way you breathe. Now imagine if you could do this for your entire team or even companywide.

My aim is to bring breathwork education and simple practices to businesses of all sizes in a fun and interactive way. In this workshop, I will cover:

  • The latest findings from scientific research on breathing, for the educational part
  • Simple tests to test your team’s current breathing patterns.
  • Practices on how to improve your breathing, to help reduce stress levels and promote overall health, mood and performance.

As mentioned, I offer this for both small teams as well as large groups (100+) and will adapt the format accordingly. It sounds like a serious topic but I promise it will be fun!
