This introductory Mindfulness workshop guarantees mental fitness. A combo of focus & insight, of fun & science. A workout for the brain that reduces stress!

You will learn the basic techniques of attention training. We train on focus with the intention of learning to stop our autopilot and reach inner peace. In addition, we train on insight. Using short and powerful tools, we focus on healthy stress coping, on monitoring our limits, on making choices.

In short, a workshop to live life with more awareness, more energy and more mental well-being!
