Based on the Vitacheck, you get a good insight into your physical health and how you score compared to the health norm. The major parameters of your physical health are mapped out on the basis of 10 tests. Body composition, strength, stability, flexibility, mobility, balance, etc. are well mapped out.

All tests are briefly explained in the first part. Each test is accompanied by a viewing guide with another explanation around correct performance and with the scores per age/sex. The participant can thus fill in his/her score on his/her individual score card/report. In addition, there is an optional 8-week online follow-up with numerous exercises, tips and trics,… to take your health to heart.
