Program:
- Tasting of fine chocolate and fruit fondue
- Explanation of chocolate production and processing
- Creation of an assortment of pralines with fresh bananas (white, milk, dark, and Ruby chocolate)
- Creation of an assortment of dipped strawberries (white, milk, dark, and Ruby chocolate)
Everything is beautifully finished with various garnishes and packaged in suitable takeaway containers. The frozen chocolates are packed with dry ice in a special box (-80°C).
