 To improve the effectiveness of the team, it is necessary to gain insight into the different personality styles and how they can work together optimally.

This playful workshop should provide relevant insights. This team moment contributes to understanding the different behavioral styles and makes the mutually present qualities and talents within the team visible. Team members who know and understand their own preferences and those of the other team members will communicate better with each other and collaborate more effectively. The strengths, possible pitfalls and development points of the team are mapped out.

Thanks to this workshop, the team will:

• Gain more insight into oneself thanks to team exercises based on the Non-Verbal Strategy analysis. Looking at faces provides insight into each other’s behavioral tendencies and communication styles.
