This team activity involves the team building a giant structure together. This is a powerful way to strengthen team connection and growth. Craft the most difficult figures by working well together and thinking quickly.

In the preliminary meeting, we look at which construction symbolizes what you as a company or team want to build.

On the day itself, we start with an energizer followed by a short presentation of the chosen bamboo metaphor to the team. Bamboo is resilient and flexible, and that is exactly what is expected from the team during this team activity. After a short brainstorm on the theme of the building assignment, we will set you off in smaller teams. With bamboo sticks, rubber bands and possibly company logos and/or banners, the team will build the desired construction. Think of one’s own bridge, triumphal arch, pyramid, … which can be finished with the company banners or flag.

Then the structure is put together, and we challenge each team member to give it a symbolic meaning. This activity is supervised by experienced coaches. Cooperation, leadership, creativity, strategic insight, time management are just a few key concepts in this highly dynamic team building activity.
