The team is put under the microscope and, through some active exercises, reflection and insights into underlying team dynamics and existing team patterns are achieved.

The Team Coaching workshop offers an opportunity for a team to get to work on better understanding how the current team functions. The workshop offers insights into current team dynamics and the effect this has (often unconsciously) on the team’s overall functioning, atmosphere and performance. The benefits derived from team coaching are lasting as we encourage team members to come to an understanding of their own contribution to the team goal and, through mirroring and observation, the team becomes aware of the effect certain behaviour can have on the team as a whole.

The Team Coach functions as a mirror and stands completely outside the team. He/she provides short ‘injections’ in the form of assignments, reflection questions or naming striking observations.
