The team becomes aware of their current energy, capacity and balance. Under the guidance of an experienced agile coach, their most important stressors, energy drainers, blockages and tensions are identified. They discuss their key team drivers and energizers. Everyone formulates and discusses in a constructive and positive way the stories they consider important to be able to work together as a high-performing team.
