Recharge Walk

The Recharge Walk is an exploration in nature aimed at improving well-being and resilience. Walking and connecting with nature and the group indeed have many benefits for our health and well-being. Along the way, we do experiential exercise in nature guided by an experienced coach. These exercises are resilience strengthening and they are based on five resilience building blocks.

Nature helps us find tranquillity. It can have a calming effect on our nervous system and reduce stress. Secondly, walking and being outdoors stimulates both our physical and mental movement. By walking, we experience new impressions, discover different perspectives, and have the opportunity to organize our thoughts. This can lead to a clear mind and an improved self-image.

This walk is suitable for anyone who enjoys walking in nature and is open to new experiences. The Recharge Walk can be a wonderful opportunity to invest in your resilience and well-being.
