We discuss topics such as communication, cooperation and managing conflicts.You will learn more about trust, communication and leadership in your team through small assignments. These sensitive animals give direct feedback on humans and how they behave. Alpacas sense if itt go with you? All indications that something is not right. We give you tips and discuss how you can move forward together with your alpaca.
